Two of Spain's largest newspapers, El Mundo and La Vanguardia, recently published stories in both their print and digital editions on the community service done at ASB. On November 16th, Madrid-based newspaper, El Mundo, published an article based on interviews with Diego Llamazares, ASB's CAS and Community Service Coordinator, as well as twelfth grade students Alessandra Gessl, Albert Trias, and Angela Navarro. The article appeared in their supplement on education, Aula.

For its part, on November 15th, Barcelona-based La Vanguaria highlited the school's recognition by the Obama administration for its community service under the Spanish headline "Una escuela ejemplar" ("An Exemplary School)". Please click below for the Spanish-language article in La Vanguardia: PDF
