The American School of Barcelona was closed for ten days during "Semana Santa" (the Easter break) but for many ASB students and staff the learning did not slow down - it intensified! Students went on the following formal trips or exchanges during the break:
- A group of high school students went to Milan, Italy, for a Model United Nations event.
- Another group of high school students went to Braga, Portugal to work on a Habitat for Humanity project.
- Yet another group of high school students participaeted on the return leg of an exchange with a high school in New York City.
- A group of Middle School students went to Valencia to participate in the Mediterranean Association of International Schools (MAIS) choir.
We would like to thank all of the teachers and chaperones who helped make these enriching trips possible during the break.
