From colonial US to world history, our social studies program aims to bring students into societies they are studying. While working with authentic sources of information or recreating the diverse aspects of a culture, our students relive the dramas of the past. There is also an optional Social Studies class in Spanish which focuses on Spanish history and geography. Many interdisciplinary projects also have been developed between the Social Studies and Language Arts programs.
